Bring a short inventory: hours on your feet, loads you lift, screens that force awkward posture, and any chemicals or noise you cannot avoid. Pair each item with a proposed temporary change and a person who can authorize it—facilities, shift lead, or occupational health.

Desk-level changes that survive follow-up

Requests that name a location (“desk nearer the elevator, away from the solder bay”) outperform vague comfort language. Note when the change should be reviewed, so it does not silently expire during a busy sprint.

When the assessment stalls
