What usually lands in the first meeting
Most consultations cluster around four themes: notifying the employer, documenting workplace hazards, adjusting duties or hours, and sketching how knowledge will transfer during protective leave.
We teach participants to keep medical detail minimal, keep dates explicit, and keep asks separable so one disagreement does not stall the whole plan.
What we deliberately leave to counsel
Disputes about dismissal protection, benefit calculations, or contested medical certificates sit outside our educational scope. When those appear, we pause the studio path and point people toward qualified legal support in Germany.
