Refund Policy

Refund eligibility

Fees apply only after a written enrollment confirmation. Website pricing is informational and does not create a purchase by itself.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 14 days of the confirmation email if you have not attended a live coaching session and have not downloaded more than two studio templates.

Full and partial refunds

If you cancel after attending one coaching call but before the second, we may issue a partial refund equal to the program fee minus €120 for the completed session and administrative setup. After two coaching calls, or after the Workplace Companion dry-run, fees are generally non-refundable except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Non-refundable items

Third-party booking fees (if any), customized employer briefing packets produced on request, and completed Orientation Hour sessions are non-refundable once delivered.

Refund process

Email hello@logicroute-core.digital with your full name, confirmation date, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within three business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method used on the invoice. If that method is unavailable, we will arrange a bank transfer to an account you designate in writing.

Cancellation by Logicroute Core

If we cancel a cohort or cannot deliver a purchased program, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later start date at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Statutory rights for consumers in Germany remain unaffected. If mandatory law grants a broader withdrawal right, that right prevails over this policy.
